Riedel Performance Pinot Noir

The Riedel Performance Pinot Noir glass has a wide bowl that gathers the delicate aromas of Pinot Noir. It is made from fine crystal with Riedel's signature light optic bowl, which increases the inner surface area to lift aroma and flavour. Lightweight, durable and dishwasher safe.

The Performance Difference: Created during several workshops, this shape was re-developed in 2018. The optic ridges inside the bowl agitate the wine gently, releasing the delicate nuances of red berry and violet aromas.

Why this shape works: The flared lip directs the wine to the tip of the tongue, highlighting the irresistible sweetness of the fruit. This balances the high acidity found in Pinot Noir and Nebbiolo, creating a perfect picture of the wine.
